§ 10-23. Date of elections.

Each regular municipal election shall be held on the second Tuesday in March of each election year. However, in a year in which there is a presidential preference primary, by resolution, the town council may move the election date to be concurrent with the presidential preference primary and set the dates to qualify for election to the office of councilmember in that year.
