§ 11-1. Establishment of special assessment district.

The town council finds and declares that, as set forth in section 11-4, fire-rescue services provided and made available by the town to persons and property within the town's boundaries constitutes a special benefit to properties within the town's boundaries. The Town of Windermere in its entirety, as its town boundaries now exist and as they may be expanded or contracted from time to time, is hereby declared a special-assessment district for the imposition of fire protection assessments.
