§ 14-122. Penalties.

Violations of any provision of this article may be enforced by the town's police department and violators may be fined $300.00 per violation or such other amount as may be specified by resolution adopted from time-to-time by the town council. Each unlawful distribution of advertisements to a residence or posting or pasting of advertisements shall be considered a separate violation. Additionally, if a person has violated or continues to violate the provisions of this article, the town may obtain an injunction or other legal or equitable relief in the circuit court.
