§ 18-65. Penalties.

As to any sexual offender or sexual predator found to have violated the provisions of this division, the town may pursue any enforcement action or legal remedy available under controlling state law and any legal remedy available to the town to include, but not be limited to, a fine not exceeding $500.00 unless otherwise authorized by state law or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 60 days unless otherwise authorized by state law, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
