§ 18-96. Penalties for offenses.

To enforce the provisions of this division, the town may pursue a code enforcement action or any other legal remedy available, including, but not limited to, injunctive relief. If injunctive or other civil relief is sought, the town is entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs from the defendant.
