§ 24-1. Approval of subdivisions.

  • Prior to selling and recording of a deed that subdivides property in the town, the owner shall apply in writing to the town and enclose an accurate scale drawing or a survey/plat which clearly indicates the property, streets, adjoining property and lake level, as well as the 101-foot mean sea level contour (if lakefront property), and any improvements, to include fences, with all dimensions clearly shown. The request shall be forwarded through the development review board to the town council for consideration.
