§ 24-22. Agency designated; funds.

(a)

Under the provisions of F.S. § 163.3174(1) the town council is designated as the local planning agency.

(b)

The local planning agency is authorized to receive moneys and to make necessary expenditures in accord with normal fiscal practices as stated in F.S. § 163.3174(3).
