(a)

Adopted. Ordinance No. 2010-01 amended and reenacted the comprehensive plan for the town.

(b)

Copy on file. To make the town's comprehensive plan available to the public, a copy of the enacting ordinance, as well as copies of the town's comprehensive plan and any amendments thereto, shall be located in the clerk's office of the town and the clerk shall make copies available to the public for a reasonable publication charge.
