§ 26-20. Permit required.

(a)

Garage sale, yard sale or estate sale permits will be issued by the town.

(b)

Two signs will be issued with each permit: one for the property where the sale is located and one may be on the street right-of-way.

(c)

Only six sales are permitted on the same day in the town.

(d)

Only one sale per residence not exceeding three consecutive days may occur in any eight-month period.
