§ 8-26. Display.

(a)

Every local business tax receipt issued under this article shall be at all times conspicuously displayed in the place of business for which it was issued.

(b)

When the receipt holder does not maintain a place of business, he shall be prepared to present his receipt for inspection by any police or other officer of the town at all times while engaging in the business, occupation, privilege or profession for which the license was issued.
