§ 7.05. Authentication and Recording of Ordinances, Resolutions and Charter Amendments.

  • (a)

    Authentication. The Mayor and the Town Clerk shall authenticate by their signatures all ordinances and resolutions adopted by the Town Council. When the electors have approved Charter amendments, the Mayor and the Town Clerk shall authenticate such Charter amendments by their signatures.

    (b)

    Recording. The Town Clerk shall keep properly indexed records of the Charter and of all ordinances and resolutions passed by the Town Council.
