The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the
meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates
a different meaning:
Concurrency
means a condition where specified facilities and services have, or will have, the
necessary capacity to meet the adopted level of service standard at the time of impact
of the development project.
