Chapter 16, flood damage prevention; chapter 24, planning and development; part II, Code of Ordinances; Charter and general ordinances
of the town are incorporated into these regulations by reference including findings,
statement of purpose, objectives, definitions, procedures, standards and penalties
as required by the National Insurance Program and the town shall remain in that program
as amended.
