All single-family residential properties that are located in residential zoning districts
are permitted signs not to exceed eight square feet in total sign area per road frontage.
Lakefront lots, comer lots, and lots with frontage on more than one street are entitled
to eight square feet per frontage. This sign area allowance covers but is not limited
to: sale, lease, rental, open house, construction signs, and political and election
campaign signs.
