The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the
meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates
a different meaning:
Nonconforming development
means development or land that does not conform to the use regulations in article
II, and/or the development design and improvement standards in article VI, and/or
the future land use map.
