§ 11.02.02. Development permit committee.

(a)

The town manager, chairperson of the development review board and the councilmember overseeing the budget shall personally authorize, in writing, all development permits, after such approval as is required by the town council, the town's ordinances, this Land Development Code or the comprehensive plan.

(b)

No order or permit may be authorized unless the provisions of articles IV and XII of this Land Development Code are complied with.
