§ 11.03.03. General functions; powers and duties.

(a)

The technical review committee shall meet at the call of the chairperson to review development proposals as prescribed in this Land Development Code.

(b)

It shall receive input from the members of the development review board, town council, the developer and others as applicable.

(c)

The review by the technical review committee is to obtain professional, informed review of how the proposed development fits in with the public facilities, services and utilities available to serve it, and of the adequacy of the various facilities required to serve the specific development. A primary function of the committee is to recommend improvements to existing systems or additions to those in the proposed plan that should be required to meet the concurrency requirement described in article IV of this Land Development Code.
