§ 37-605. Penalties.

Any person who violates this article may be subject to an administrative fine imposed by the special magistrate and to a civil penalty, in addition to any other penalty allowed by law. Such civil penalty is not to exceed $500.00 per violation, as may be set by the board of county commissioners by resolution. Further, within any municipality, the municipality may choose to enforce this article through any mechanism legally available to the municipality.
