§ 11-13. Agreement to reimburse the property appraiser and the county tax collector.

In order to use the Uniform Assessment Collection Act for the levy, collection, and enforcement of the fire protection assessments, the town is authorized to enter into a written agreement with the property appraiser and the tax collector providing for the reimbursement of their costs incurred in the administration and collection of the non-ad valorem assessments levied under this section.
