§ 14-118. Throwing advertisements into vehicles.

It is unlawful to throw into or upon any bus or automobile or other vehicle, any handbill, dodger or advertising notice of a commercial character.

Editor's note

Ord. No. 2014-06, § 1, adopted July 8, 2014, in effect repealed the former § 14-118, and enacted a new § 14-118 as set out herein. The former § 14-118 pertained to distributing handbills, etc.; throwing into vehicles or upon property and derived from the Code of 1972, § 3-5 and the Code of 1991, § 6-58.
