 Article I. IN GENERAL

  § 20-2. Speed limit.

  • (a)

    The speed limit on Main Street from the north town limits boundary to Park Avenue is 30 mph.

    (b)

    The speed limit on Main Street from Park Avenue to Sixth Avenue is 30 mph.

    (c)

    The speed limit on Main Street from Sixth Avenue to Twelfth Avenue/Chase Road is 25 mph.

    (d)

    The speed limit on Sixth Avenue/Conroy Windermere Road from Main Street to Down Point Lane is 30 mph.

    (e)

    The speed limit on Sixth Avenue/Conroy Windermere Road from Down Point Lane to the east town limits boundary is 30 mph.

    (f)

    The speed limit on Lake Butler Boulevard from Maguire Road to Park Avenue/Lake Butler Boulevard cut-through is 20 mph.

    (g)

    The speed limit on Lake Butler Boulevard from Park Avenue/Lake Butler Boulevard cut-through to the west town limits at the intersection of Lake Butler Boulevard and Park Avenue is 25 mph.

    (h)

    The speed limit on Park Avenue from Maguire Road to Park Avenue/Lake Butler Boulevard cut-through is 25 mph.

    (i)

    The speed limit on Park Avenue from Park Avenue/Lake Butler Boulevard cut-through to west town limits boundary is 30 mph.

    (j)

    The speed limit on all streets in Marina Bay is 20 mph.

    (k)

    The speed limit on all streets in Sunset Bay is 20 mph.

    (1)

    The speed limit on all streets in Windermere Reserve is 20 mph.

    (m)The

    speed limit on Bayshore Drive is 20 mph.

    (n)

    The speed limit on Jennifer Lane is 20 mph.

    (o)

    The speed limit on all streets in the Manors at Butler Bay Subdivision is 20 mph.

    (p)

    The speed limit on the portion of Windermere Road beginning at the intersection of Maguire Road and running west and ending at the intersection of Windermere Road and the northeast corner of the Manors at Butler Bay Subdivision is 30 mph.

    (q)

    The speed limit on all streets in The Willows is 20 mph.

    (r)

    The speed limit on established neighborhoods annexed into the town limits after December 31, 2014, remain the same, unless and until changed by the town council.

    (s)

    The speed limit on all other streets in the town is 15 mph.
