§ 2-71. Special law enforcement trust fund established.

There is hereby established as provided in F.S. § 932.7055(5){a) a special law enforcement trust fund of the town, to which certain revenues may be added and dispersed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act.
