§ 8-31. Only one local business tax receipt required.

Except as otherwise provided in this article, no person shall be required to obtain more than one receipt for each place of business. He shall pay therefor the highest amount payable for any of the businesses named in this article in which he may engage. However, all businesses in which he is engaged shall be specified in the receipt issued.
