§ 8-57. Registration.

All persons required to comply with the conditions of this article, shall register with the town clerk or designee and provide the following information:

(1)

The name, home address, business address, date of birth, sex, height, weight, eye color, social security number, and driver's license number of all persons involved.

(2)

The vehicle license number, make of vehicle, and a brief description as to color, model, and identifying marks of all vehicles which will be involved.

(3)

The nature and purpose of the activities and the nature and character of the goods to be sold or services to be sold.

(4)

The streets on which the activities will take place.

(5)

The dates on which such activities shall take place.

(6)

Whether the person has ever been convicted of a felony.

(7)

Name, address, telephone number of the company by whom employed or for which they are soliciting, and length of service with such employer or person for whom they are soliciting.
