§ 8-58. Registration fee and permit.

(a)

A fee, the amount of which will be set by the town council by resolution and which may be amended from time to time which is on file in the town clerk's office, will be charged for each such registration. Upon payment of the fee, the town clerk or her designee will issue a permit which will be valid for a one-day period only.

(b)

The permit issued under the provisions of this article must be worn by the permittee at all times and in a manner that makes the permit visible to nearby persons.
