§ 8-59. Prohibited acts and penalties.

(a)

All collection, canvassing, selling and door-to-door activity covered by this article may take place only within the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday.

(b)

No permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this article can be transferred or assigned by the permittee to any other person.

(c)

The failure of a person to obtain a permit in accordance with the requirements of this article is punishable by a $250.00 fine.
