In the event that fees and other charges for refuse service shall not be paid when
due, the town may discontinue service to the person, firm or corporation so supplied
with service until such fees and charges, including interest and penalties are fully
paid. Such fees, charges, interest, penalties, attorney's fees and other related costs
and expenses may be recovered by the town by suit in a court of competent jurisdiction.
The town may also enforce payments by any other lawful method of enforcement.
